Perla Lichi, ASID, announced the opening of Perla Lichi Design Canada, a full service interior design retail business serving the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). The Canadian showroom under the distinctive Perla Lichi crest logo and trademark, complements Perla’s showrooms in Coral Springs and Fort Lauderdale and reflects the close connection many Canadians have with Florida.
Her partner in this endeavor is Asha Tilak. The new showroom located in Woodbridge, a large suburban community in the City of Vaughan, just north of Toronto in Southern Ontario, has been open since mid-October.
“Our Canadian showroom will provide the latest looks in interior design. Together with our partner, we have recognized the need for our professional design services in the GTA, given all the new building and development already underway or in the offing for this burgeoning area,” says Tilak.
“We will showcase various styles, from classic to fusion to trendy modern, that Perla Lichi’s trademark is known for worldwide,” says Perla. “We have done work all over the US and around the world, from Africa, the Middle East and Russia to South America and the Caribbean. We work with all types of styles and budgets. We take a project from beginning conception to the last, smallest detail.
“We are excited to bring the design expertise for which we are well known, directly to the Canadian people. We will bring merchandise from around the world that complements the designer look for each project. Our international staff will work closely with the US office that has been doing this work for more than 30 years.”
Perla Lichi has received over 800 national and international awards for residential and commercial interior design projects. Her work has been widely publicized around the world in print and digital magazines, newspapers, and on television. Perla Lichi has published six books which will be available at the new showroom.
