In the living room, a white overall background is accented with contemporary furniture and accessories in today’s popular peacock colors. This color scheme looks great and appeals to the target market.
Between the kitchen and the living room, a divider was inserted that blocks the view of the kitchen from the front entrance, giving an appealing alternative to the standard grand room. The divider is a sculptural piece of art when viewed from either side yet still functional serving as a dining table and living area cabinet space. In essence the designer created two rooms without building a wall.
The living room has white lacquer applied molding with mirror and wallpaper inserts, giving the room a more spacious feel. The light, bright friendly decor turned out to be the perfect selection for these town homes. The modern clean lines of the furnishings, the bold use of white, and the strategic placement of mirrors shows off the living spaces to their best advantage and helps potential buyers picture themselves living in this environment.
