We set the stage. You live the dream.

Alon and Mrs. Ben David, The Palace Group, with Perla Lichi and Suzanne Sirota of Perla Lichi Design.

Fort Lauderdale FL – Perla Lichi hosted an Open House recently at her newest contemporary interior design creation at Fort Lauderdale’s prestigious L’Hermitage Condominium, 3100 N Ocean Blvd.  More than 250 guests enjoyed the modern ambiance of the residence, created in tones of white and grey.

Visitors from The Palace Group, Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida, The Home Trust, The Luxury Marketing Council, many area realtors, L’Hermitage residents and other VIP invited guests were excited to experience the modern decor. They were amazed at the contemporary transformation that Perla achieved and how quickly she accomplished it!

Guests gather around the large kitchen island; part of the family room is visible in the forefront.

Subtle punches of colorful accessories, rich textures and unusual contemporary chandeliers were popular highlights of the decor, according to those attending. The Master Suite for example features aqua highlights and the Guest Suite touches of pink. Standout overall highlights of the unit, according to visitors and guests, are the double thick grey-and-white quartz kitchen island and the reflective glossy white “stretch” ceilings throughout that visually doubles ceiling heights.

Perla’s East Fort Lauderdale showroom is conveniently located across A-1-A at 3304 NE 33rd Street
Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308.
