La característica de la pared que se ve en este apartamento se inspiró en Kaleidoscope. El Kaleidoscope Design tiene todos los colores del océano, que son el azul, el turquesa, el verde azulado y el verde mar. Todos esos colores porque el razonamiento es que el Océano está justo al lado de la pared, por lo que queremos incorporar los colores en las paredes para que el exterior vuelva a estar adentro. Esto nuevamente se refleja en todas partes. Esta pared de Kaleidoscope tiene luces LED especiales que se iluminan por la noche e iluminan todo el departamento. Parece que hay una vidriera cuando estás allí, pero es un material especial realizado por Perla Lichi por el que es ya muy conocida.

El dormitorio es romántico y el baño también está abierto, también creamos un vestidor, la cocina era muy anticuada. la modernizamos haciendo gabinetes blancos muy brillante y lo mantuvo muy simple y elegante pero moderno con electrodomésticos de última generación. La pared que bloquea la
vista también estaba abierta con una ventana interesante que desde un lado se podía ver la vista y desde un lado se ve el espejo ese espejo reflector de nuevo. Todo en todo el estilo retro que se tuvo en cuenta con los colores fue porque estamos trayendo los nuevos looks, looks frescos pero como
moda, el diseño siempre está evolucionando, siempre yendo y viniendo y este es justo el estilo retro de Perla Lichi.

This is a complete full renovation apartment in the beach in Fort Lauderdale. This building was built in 1960’s,therefore the fact that was built in 1960’s, this gave Perla Lichi the inspiration to do the design as a Retro Style. Let’s go back to the 60’s, but todays technology and todays colors and style that can be comfortable and beautiful and the 2020 look. In 2020, everybody is looking for open spaces. Everybody is looking for an apartment where you can see the space and the rooms open to the view. The number one thing in this apartment was to open up the rooms ,therefore Perla Lichi opened the walls to the Kitchen and the walls to the other bedroom because the view was the best looking to the North East corner, and in the North East corner all you can see is Ocean so we took advantage of the Ocean view by eliminating a wall where all of the sudden when you walk into the apartment and now you still have the divider of the room but instead of a wall you have full glass divider with glass door where you will able to see right through it and see the Ocean from every angle. Tricks with mirrors where use so that you can reflect the Ocean views.

In addition, the room where the glass enclosure is, there is an option of curtains that they are able to open and close for privacy. People are able to use this as a second bedroom because this bedroom becomes a Family Room with a TV but also becomes a second bedroom of the apartment which
adds quality and adds a lot of value to the apartment because it became two bedroom. The feature wall seeing in this apartment was inspired by Kaleidoscope .The Kaleidoscope Design has all the colors of the Ocean which is the blue, turquoise,

the teal , the sea green. All those colors because the reasoning being that the Ocean is right next to the wall so we want to incorporate the colors in to the walls bringing the outside inside again. This again is reflected everywhere. This Kaleidoscope wall is with the special LED lights that light up at night and lights up the whole apartment. It looks like stained glass window when you’re there, but it’s Perla Lichi special
material that she’s known for. The bedroom is romantic and the bathroom is also open up. And also we created a walking closet as to where before which a regular very close space.

The Kitchen was also close .It was very antiquated .We modernized it by doing white cabinets. Very glossy and kept it very simple and elegant yet very modern with state of the art appliances .The wall that blocks the view also was open with an interesting window that from one side you were
able to see the view and from one side you see mirror that reflecting mirror again. All in all the retro style kept in mind with the colors was because we are bringing the new looks, fresh looks but like Fashion, Design is always evolving ,always coming and going and this one is a Retro Style by Perla Lichi.
